Mbio: consider a streamplot for the ranked abundance app

The aim is to better support longitudinal data, by adding a streamplot to the existing ranked abundance app. This would presumably be gray for studies that dont have longitudinal data. this may mean revisiting some annotations to make sure we have temporal variables annotated properly. It also means a good amount of discussion around what exactly is the min req, whats the priority, etc. this is a placeholder ticket primarily for the purpose of documenting thoughts to facilitate that discussion. As an implementation plan comes together, additional tickets will be filed.
