IFC Support needs to be improved.

Some hints :

provide more sample to test the tiler
improve the tiling time
enhance the log information and CLI during tiling
check whether the geolocation is well handled :
- it can be located either in the IfcSite (or IfcBuilding) as all objects are placed relatively to it
- it can be located in the IfcCoordinateReferenceSystem
