Provide a gateway for concrete data usages

The project uses many different sources of data with many different types of data.
Document the data/sources/format/tools/computational-pipelines used by the project.

Note that this is a multi-entry topic: a user can be searching for

• data of a given city (Lyon, Bonn...)
• one type of data (whatever the city might be)
• how to a specific derived data was produced (a 3DTiles within a demo). The concern can be
  • about some manual tools that one must use
  • about the software (e.g. computational pipelines) that was used as well as configuration files...

To complement, the idea is to create a high level entry point for a new team member to explore already used/known data (in VCity or UD-SV documentation boards).
