Historical parcels are available here : https://data.beta.grandlyon.com/en/datasets/parcelles-historiques-metropole-lyon/info
There is an attribute named « Date d’historisation ». This layer only contains parcels that have been modified (mutation/ division/ fusion/ deletion).
To obtain the historical cadaster it is necessary to cross with the current cadastre.

Warning : it seems to have error in process to construct this data. Several parcels are not historized
