Texture2D array are not correctly reporting size

It's reported as 200B, but actually is 20MBs

Some quick notes prior to investigating in the actual code.

I looked that the example AssetBundle serialized file with dump. The object has a reference to an .resS file of size 21856000.

We add the external size in for Textures. But whatever code we have for that is not triggering for the Texture2DArray object type.
