Remove BREEV token due to offensive name #375

uniswap.info is displaying a token with the offensive name BREEV - it mocks George Floyd's tragical death:

Add that to the token blacklist: https://github.com/ianlapham/uniswap-info/blob/2df919d0729d4f9119a9c469dba8952031536d3d/src/constants/index.js#L20
Add corresponding trading pairs to pair blacklist: https://github.com/ianlapham/uniswap-info/blob/2df919d0729d4f9119a9c469dba8952031536d3d/src/constants/index.js#L32
