This will be a bit of a task to complete, so I will try to continually work on it during beta phase, but it should be completely finished by release.

Wow, don't know how I let this go blocked for so long, Pam's Harvestcraft is added and I've already been working on the food groups...

I think you might be the first modpack author to use food groups. Let me know if you run into any problems or have any suggestions to make the system better.

Will do! So far I've got a few groups set, and as far as I can tell I haven't run into many issues.
