License Grant Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the bot code under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Scope of License Licensee is permitted to use the code for educational and not for promoting your own feeds. Licensee may not modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the code. Licensee may not sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the code to any third party. Licensee may not use the code in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations. Ownership Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the code, including all intellectual property rights.
Termination This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon breach of the terms outlined herein. Upon termination, Licensee must cease using the code and destroy all copies of the code.
Disclaimer The code is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Licensor is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the code.
Limitation of Liability Licensor's liability for any damages arising out of this Agreement shall be limited to the amount paid by Licensee for the code.
