The connector BuildingSystems.Interfaces.RadiationPortGeneral has 3 potential variables (no prefix) and 0 flow variables (prefix flow), making it a non-physical connctor:

The same is true for some more connectors, e.g.
BuildingSystems.buildings.Interfaces.SurfaceToSurfacesPortGeneral
