Merged IBPSA lib, following the guide at https://github.com/UdK-VPT/BuildingSystems/wiki/IBPSA-Integration

IBPSA master is at commit ab8b70201cefe47b6f33412e57b22eab2932b7bd
ibpsa/modelica-ibpsa@ab8b702

The last IBPSA integration run was in PR #177
non-backward-compatible changes since then are listed here:
