link to rout_prep C code is broken

Hi. The link to the rout_prep C code in the docs is broken:

ftp://ftp.hydro.washington.edu/pub/HYDRO/models/VIC/Utility_Programs/rout_prep.tgz

Any chance someone could either attach the code here or include it somewhere in the RVIC Github page?

Actually, there is an alternative link here:

http://www.hydro.washington.edu/pub/HYDRO/models/VIC/Utility_Programs/
http://www.hydro.washington.edu/pub/HYDRO/models/VIC/Utility_Programs/rout_prep.tgz

Perhaps the link in the docs can simply be updated to the above.

I tried to find rout_prep.tgz as well. It seems nonexistent. Hope someone could post it.
