Events member check doesn't work unless the person number format is in YYYYMMDD-XXXX #632

Currently, participants have their price calculated based on if they are members or not, but the member check (based on person number) is incorrectly assings people as non-member if they dont write their person number as YYYYMMDD-XXXX.
