Rename teams under involvement and groups under settings #481

We instructed our consultants to change the name of teams under settings since it had the same name as teams under involvement. However, afterward we got to know that it is easier to rename teams under involvement.

Rename the groups under settings back to it’s default and rename teams under involvement to arbetsgrupper/kommittéer (workgroups/committees). Make sure this name also is changed when creating or editing a role and similar places.
