Early season crash prevention in iPySnobal

Within time loop of ipysnobal.py, add check for crash due to very low depth pixel energy balance. Zero pixels with depth less than a threshold, and retry that time step. Crash if that does not fix the problem. This will help with occasional problem in the early season.
