Error message is displayed for valid user name and email on corresponding 'Forgot username' and "Forgot password" modal

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the login screen
2. Click on 'Forgot username' or "Forgot password"
3. Enter valid user name or email on corresponding modal
4. See error message

Expected behavior
There should not be any error message for valid user name and email on corresponding 'Forgot username' and "Forgot password" modal
