Forgot username error message text incorrect

Describe the bug

1. The error message displayed on forgot username is not the standard curated text. The actual error text is appended to the end.
2. The text overruns the pink error message container.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the login screen
2. Click on 'forgot username'
3. Enter junk text as the user email
4. See error

Expected behavior
The text should read only "The provided email [...] is not on the system". The text should not spill outside the error message element.
