Applying Netflix profile then another doesn't flag all shot changes #289

To Reproduce

File/Load Subtitle… > Choose this > Open
Video/Shot changes… > Import > Choose this > Apply
Settings/Conventions > Choose 'Netflix (English) [adults]' > Close
Tools/Fix subtitles… > Tick 'Snap times to shot changes' > Untick everything else > Apply
Settings/Conventions > Add profile called 'Test' and change 'Snap in/out cues to SC' to 1/1 > Choose 'Test' > Close
Tools/Fix subtitles… > Tick 'Snap times to shot changes' > Untick everything else > Apply

Result: Several end cues were not flagged/changed
