start/stop, forward, backward (F7-F9 keys) implementation.

pushing the buttons have effect on the app without having to focus the app like it works with IINA or apple music

If IINA, Apple Music and TeroSubtitler are running, how to determine which app shall process the keypress? If you press forward, shall all 3 apps move forward, when none of them is focused?
