Create maps (or at least output spherical harmonics)

The algorithm for generating spherical harmonic coefficients vs. frequency representing a specific power spectrum is very useful for a broader audience. It would be great to have a mode of RIMEz where it could spit out HEALPix maps created from those coefficients. Alternatively, it could just spit out those coefficients and someone else could assemble the maps from them.
