I have had a developer account since 2017. I have been trying to create an App in the Developer Portal since September 24, of 2024. I continue to get the "There is a non-technical issue with your request, in order to resolve it you will need to complete and submit the requested information. Click Here to Resolve"
I have done this over and over and over. Waiting a few days and then doing it again. Not only do I not even get an email saying they received the request, but I never get a reply. This is so frustrating. I am not trying to ship things, I'm trying to write software. Is there no where I can call? I have called API support and been told that there is nothing wrong there, so I need to wait for the team to contact me. Well, it's almost a year now!
