Sorry for creating issue here but as you probably know it's really hard to find some contact to which I can report the following problem. I believe that a talk between developer and developer will be more fruitful. Please forward this to some proper person in your UPS company.
I even asked on official ups.com web page and asked the virtual assistant with text "I found a bug on your web page" and it ended up with information that he doesn't understand and asking something about parcels :)
To the point: Today I created UPS account via your web application. Given the name, email address, next step is email verification. I can see that it doesn't reach my email box, so I clicked one more time, and one more. Finally it tells me that I can ask for it in next 24 hrs!
Resigned, finally I looked into my email server log and I've got four times this error:

ed after DATA: maximum allowed line length is 998 octets, got 1154
So your email system is sending wrong emails for email verification!
Can you please fix this? As a workaround I enabled exim to accept this not RFC-compliant emails but this is not good and I have to wait another 24 hrs to test this :(
