UPS Trade Direct Manager via API

Hello,
I'm trying to integrate UPS Trade Direct Manager to our current operations.
We are using third party integrators and we have an ability to create label with these third party apps.

Now, the request is to create a master shipment with UPS Trade Direct Manager and put the reference number for every shipment.
Is there a way to use UPS Trade Direct Manager via API?

Please advise.
