[MultiInput]: Incorrect suggestions popover for second token

Bug Description

When trying to add a second token into a multi input with suggestions, an incorrect suggestions popover is displayed.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the Add/Remove Tokens sample in the UI5 Web Components documentation.
2. Add any token to the multi input.
3. Begin typing text for a second token.
4. Actual: The popover appears, which is typically displayed when pressing the “more” link.
5. Expected: The suggestions popover should appear, highlighting all suggestion items that match the typed text.

Hello @UI5/ui5-team-ctr-til , please have a look at this issue. When you add one token and then start typing for a second token - instead of suggestions popover, a popover with already selected tokens is shown.
