[Checkbox]: selection change triggered by non-user events

Bug Description

We found an issue in the Checkbox component (@ui5/webcomponents-react): the selection change handler is called even though the user did not change the selection.

Affected Component

Checkbox

Expected Behaviour

The onSelectionChange handler should only be called in response to a real user action.

Isolated Example

(hopefully should not be needed, please let us know)

Steps to Reproduce

We expect it to be a similar issue as already reported here #12266
