The strongest earthquake was at (-2.15, 52.52) with magnitude 4.8
I made the code a bit more abstract to take in an ID and return the magnitude and/or location of the given earthquake; this required me to define an additional helper function to get the ID for
get_maximum()
- not sure if this was the most optimal way to go about it...
