Expose Tyk Dev Portal Job image via values #337

In "job-portal.yaml" in tyk-dev-portal component chart, the image is hardcoded as "curlimages/curl:8.8.0"

It would be great if the image was exposed via values so they it could be updated by the user for private registries as well as security updates.
