Folded open server changes as servers move in the list #57

It seems the detail pane for servers in the list is currently tied to the list position rather than the server. Meaning:

You fold open the details for server A in position 3 of the list
Server A moves up to position 2 of the list
Server B takes position 3 of the list
Open detail pane still shows the 3rd server of the list - which is now server B
