Describe the feature request

I would like to request a feature that allows users to prevent notifications from being sent during specified nighttime hours. This will help reduce alert fatigue and ensure that users are not disturbed during their rest periods.

Why do you personally want this feature to be implemented?

Currently, the monitoring tool sends notifications at all times, which can be disruptive, especially during nighttime hours.

How long have you been using this project?

I wouldn't mind trying this, I wonder if it would be better to configure specific time range, like 21:00-06:00.
I also wonder if its counter intuitive since gatus is all about finding out that your endpoint is failing in real time
