Final release of 2.x with prompt to manually update #2672

As per our provisional procedure for releases with breaking changes, we should do a final release of the 2.x auto-update branch.

On desktop users should see the following message on startup:

Update available

Quiet’s next release includes major updates to OrbitDB and IPFS! 🎉 However, these changes are not backwards compatible, so you must re-install Quiet from tryquiet.org and re-create or re-join your community. 😥 This version of Quiet will no longer receive any updates or security fixes, so please re-install soon. We apologize for the inconvenience.

[Install Quiet 2.x]
[Later]

On iOS we can invalidate the old TestFlight release and make users upgrade. We can include a note about breaking changes.

Just for an idea, here's a mockup of the last time we did this.
