Final release of 2.x with prompt to manually update

As per our provisional procedure for releases with breaking changes, we should do a final release of the 2.x auto-update tree, and release 3 on a new autoupdate branch.

On desktop users should see the following message on startup (see design with old text below):

Quiet’s next release includes major updates to OrbitDB and IPFS! 🎉 However, these changes are not backwards compatible, so you must re-install Quiet from tryquiet.org and re-create or re-join your community. 😥 This version of Quiet will no longer receive any updates or security fixes, so please re-install soon. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Notes:

1. On iOS we can invalidate the old TestFlight release and make users upgrade. We can include a note about breaking changes.
2. On Android we will just release.
3. On desktop, we will name the storage location "Quiet 3" so that it won't interfere with data stored in "Quiet 2". On mobile this may or may not be possible. We may need to wipe out existing data.
