I am aware that OpenGothic uses a working directory for save-games. I filled all save-game spaces with G2NOTR saves.
When I open Gothic 1, it uses that same working directory for save-games, resulting in having to override some.
I assume it might also be the case with modded games.
Would it make sense to separate save-geame directories for different games (or game versions)?

workaround for the time being is to start the game from another directory, thus steering where *.sav files are created. savegames can easily be transfered by copy-paste into directories.
I can live with that workaround, if you have no plans to adjust, feel free to reject this request as not planned.
I haven't really look much into it. Probably good solution would be to replicate save-structure of vanilla game ala saves_<modname>, but this will break compatibility with existing structure and will require a migration step.
