Vulkan Error on Compiling

Hi There,
I'm trying to compile the Engine on POP!OS and i run "make -C build -j $(nproc)" i get this error:

$/OpenGothic/lib/Tempest/Engine/gapi/vulkan/vulkan_sdk.h:4:10: fatal error: vulkan/vulkan.h: No such file or directory
    4 | #include <vulkan/vulkan.h>
      |          ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
compilation terminated.

Vulkan should be installed, i checked with "vulkaninfo | less" and got results.

Anyone knows what the problem is?
