When someone is on an object page, and they click the link titled "See when and where to spot this at Heavens Above", they're taken to the object's respective info page on Heavens Above. I think we should instead take them to the object's list of passes.

This better fulfills the function of helping someone determine where/when to look, rather than taking them to an object overview page similar to the one they departed from.

I think this mostly involves changing the URL string to include PassSummary in place of satinfo.
