Nextroomer path through HostileControlled rooms

bkconrad: these next_room creeps keep walking into my RCL 4 and donating energy under tower. which is very kind but probably not what was intended 🙂

bkconrad: here's the map in case that's helpful I'm blue bot is bacon colored. They're walking into my room on the left from the west entrance
