Describe the bug

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
--Description: The application system, after reworking the deprecated functions, i noticed it doesnt log the User answares anywhere wich makes the entire system pointless, it also doesnt have any way of setting up a log channel appart of the one that logs the users that finished the applications setted up

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior e.g:

  1. Launch the bot
  2. Setup a application
  3. finish answering the questions
  4. discover that you have no way of seing the answares of the users

Expected behavior

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

  1. Add a method to setup-apply.js to be able to setup the answares log channel
  2. In the apply.js stored in handlers/apply.js add a method to send the user answares to the specifyed channel setted up in setup-apply.js
