[Bug]: new message alert/hint not cleared while (separated) chat window is active

Steps to reproduce

1. Start qTox.
2. Enable Multiple windows mode under User Interface settings.
3. Open a chat with a contact.
4. Receive a message, or messages, while the chat window receiving them is active.

Observed Behavior

This is an old one, and I'm not entirely sure that this only happens in Multiple windows mode, as I have not tested the alternative extensively.

Usually, if not always, the New message hint/notification (inlcuding the blinking icon) are not cleared if the receiving contact chat window is the active window.

To clear the notification, one needs to either activate the main application window (contact list), though I think that had something peculiar to it still, or switch to another window and then switch to the chat window again.

I believe there are times when at least the notification sound doesn't activate when it should, hat is, when the chat window is actually not the active window, but that's probably something else, and a lot more rare.

Might forget some details. Will go over it all again at a better time.

Expected Behavior

Notifications for new messages probably shouldn't be triggering when the chat receiving them is the active window.
