Bug: file transfer box is rendered outside the chat history frame

Steps to reproduce

1. Start qTox
2. Have a chat where someone sends files (pictures for example).
3. Make the window quite small (on Linux this is how I can reproduce, on macOS it happens a lot more).
4. Scroll up and down (maybe you need to send some messages to fill the chat log with something to scroll around in).

The green box should only be partially shown and stop at the horizontal line.

It's an old bug that is not clear how to trigger and it appears randomly. I never found why it happens at all.
