When can we expect another Windows build? #217
Comments
There are builds happening for each commit already, and if being very keen to help testing them out, you can find them here: https://github.com/TokTok/qTox/actions/workflows/build-test-deploy.yaml Would click on a successful build (green icon), and then the desired built on the list, for example I believe an actual release is quite imminent though, which will be more stable-like. |
There are nightly builds (actually after every commit) and there's an RC1 you can try. Check out the releases page. |
Forgot the nightly builds area already getting there, oops! |
https://github.com/TokTok/qTox/releases/tag/nightly we'd very much welcome testing on these binaries and reporting any errors you find in them. We'll soon make RC2, which you'll find in the releases page as well. These are our tasks to complete before 1.18.0 release: https://github.com/TokTok/qTox/milestone/1. |
v1.18.0-rc.4 release (and other release candidates) have a windows binary. Today we'll release 1.18.0 production release which will also have windows binaries. Your last chance now to find any bugs with the windows installer or binary. |
