feature-request: can tox be protocol-banned? if yes then can be added some obfuscation?

can tox be protocol-banned like tor? ive been told tox generates extremely easily recognizable internet traffic and can be easily blocked by its protocol with program like https://github.com/ntop/nDPI or government dpi.

if thats true then can you add obfs4 support?
