First release of MyoFInDer !

This release is the first official version of the MyoFInDer software
It allows to install the module from PyPI by running python -m pip install myofinder
A version 1.0.1 will probably follow, and maybe other patches
I do not currently plan to work on a new minor version update

The tarball and the wheel are available on PyPI
