each backend (neutrino.connect) is passed as a new arg rather than a comma separated list. e.g.

    --neutrino.connect=testnet1-btcd.zaphq.io \
    --neutrino.connect=testnet2-btcd.zaphq.io \

Need to account for the need/ability to point to multiple neutrino backends. See commit f017eaa7966db57b048d9d6234484266ca03f6eb (and cleanup after issue is addressed)
