I already follow your instructions and yes it work, but i got this error message (see the error message on the screenshot). And yes I use Chat-GPT 3.5 Turbo and no I don't want to pay for Chat-GPT 4. I already check the settings and yes it was on Chat-GPT 3.5 Turbo, not Chat-GPT 4. Honestly I don't really use Chat-GPT that much just experimenting stuff, and Chat-GPT is completely free, right? Then why is it displaying that message? Also, I don't really understand about billing and that related stuff (i'm not adult).

Sorry if this might be confusing, im still learning English.

no, you need to pay for it. (at least for API)

So...
You can use ChatGPT for free in the website. But there is a thing called API which allows you to directly contact CHATGPT. Openai, the company who made ChatGPT asks money for using its API.
