Issue에 필드 추가 필요

[의견]

제너럴 하게 쓸 수 있는 필드이름으로 넣고 사용해야할 것 같음(다른 곳에서는 이 필드가 null=True 인 경우가 많을거라서)
null=True 이어야 함
기타 정보?(etc) 정도로 하면어떨까 하고, help_text에 설명을 써주면 될듯함 혹시 더 좋은 이름이 있으면 추천바람
