문제

API의 URL이 '/'으로 끝나는 API도 있고 그렇지 않은 API가 있어 혼동을 줌
코드내에 리팩토링 요소가 존재함

해결

모든 URL에 '/'를 붙인다.
리팩토링 후 리뷰요청
