If auto-tracking is enabled and working, we could support Discord Rich Presence.

Self-explanatory, since the start of the game. We already have a built-in timer but since that can be turned off, we need to make sure this still tracks.

Do we have limit? Number of worlds vs. number of active players, maybe?

Not entirely what we'd need to do for this, but could potentially be a join link when still in lobby?
