Extend MSU support with additional tracks

Some rooms in Super Metroid are lacking MSU support entirely, and other rooms would benefit from having a dedicated track.

Missing:

• Ridley Tension
• Tourian "Statues Hallway"

Would benefit:

• Shaktool
• Bowling alley / Chozo concert

Betus and Pink generally play their own music over these rooms, so we could consider making these optional (or even silent?) to lean into this, but I personally think letting MSUs make their own "Shaktool hype tracks" could be fun.
