1. Description of the Bug:
The README file mentions that the index.html file is only partially completed. However, the problem index file and the solution index file is the same.

Try to do the 04 exercise.

Either that should not be there in the README file or the HTML file should be partially completed.

In #367, the img src attributes were removed where the author did that presumable so learners could practice using the right file paths to the images. That's where the "partially complete" instruction comes from.

Then in #483 the src was added back as it was decided it'd be better to focus on just the CSS, but when the README was updated, they missed fixing the "partially complete" bit.

If maintainers would still like to focus only on the CSS, the HTML comment about "check image source path" can also be removed to avoid confusion.
