deleting .networkPolicy in MessageAdapter.java class made it work

Picasso.get()
.load(message.getMessage())
// .networkPolicy(NetworkPolicy.OFFLINE) // for Offline
.placeholder(R.drawable.default_profile_image)
.into(holder.receiverImageMsg);
