(feat) Select - offsetY as prop

Hello,

Is there a reason why the offsetY in the Menu component of Select has a fixed value of false? (here)
For a multiple type, this is quite annoying, not to see the previously list of selected chips.
What about extracting offsetY as a prop?
I could do a PR (and manage to merge it in less than 10 attempts :))
