Better display "invalid" states to reviewers

Right now, the only way for reviewers to tell if a submission has warnings / errors is the embed colour. This can be easily missed and is not descriptive of the problems the submission has. The actual problems are detailed in the thread (alongside any attempts to remedy them). In order to be clearer about the state, we should consider adding some text to the embed that details the state.
