A new directory for Quantization algorithms

I went across the C++ library and did not find any algorithms that can be used into Quantitative Development, so I was think if we can add a library for quantitative algorithms, I mean it will be a massive job but also interesting. Moreover, most of Financial Engineer students they do not has a CS background and C++ coding could be difficult. Therefore, I think we can think about it.
